Return & Refund Policy – Reina de la Cuchara

At Reina de la Cuchara, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our seasoning mixes. Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help. Please contact us within
5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within
24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
