Mole Mix
Mole is a traditional Mexican sauce and marinade that is made of flavorful herbs, spices and seeds like sunflower seed, sesame seed to give it a unique flavor we also add cinnamon, brown sugar, cacao and a variety of dried chilies all combined to make this flavorful Mexican dish.
Cooking instructions:
Boil 2-3 lbs of chicken with 3 cups of water for 30 minutes. Once chicken is fully cooked remove chicken from pot and set aside. Add Mole seasoning mix to the remaining broth in the pot. Stir until the seasoning dissolves and place chicken back in the pot simmer over low heat until the sauce reaches desired thickness and enjoy.
Mole is normally served with rice and beans.
Mole enchiladas:
Boil chicken breast once chicken is fully cooked shred. In a pan add seasoning mix to 1-2 cups of chicken broth depending on amount of sauce needed. Stir until the seasoning dissolves and thickens up.
In another pan with oil dip the tortilla until soft and remove continue by dipping the tortilla in the warm Mole sauce. Add shredded chicken and roll.
