A mix of flavorful green hatch New Mexico chilies, jalapeño chilies, tomato, garlic, onion, chicken bouillon and herbs and spices all combined to make this delicious Green Hatch Chile Mix.

This mix is very common in our Mexican kitchen we make guisados with it and can be used with chicken, beef and pork served along with rice and beans you and your family can enjoy one of our most common dish at home!

cooking instructions;

2lbs pork stew meat cook with 1/3 cup water, light salt and pepper cook for 30min or until all water has evaporated the pork will begin to fry in its on oils once fried add seasoning mix and 2 cups of water simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce reached desired thickness if sauce is to thick add a little bit more water.

2lbs beef steak thinly sliced add light salt and pepper. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil cook for 5min or until steak is to your liking, add seasoning mix with 2 cups of water simmer for 10 minutes until sauce reaches desired thickness if sauce is to thick add a bit more water.

2lbs chicken cut into cubes add light salt and pepper. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil cook for 5 min or until chicken is fully cooked, add seasoning mix with 2 cups of water simmer for 10 min until sauce reaches desired thickness if sauce is to thick add a bit more water.

Adding your favorite vegetables to this dish is highly recommended once you add seasoning mix add some sliced potatoes or squash and let it cook while it simmers if sauce thickens up just add more water enjoy!
